The message for Good Employment Week this year is ‘put your hands up’. Capacity, workforce and cost challenges continue to hinder delivery of riding activity across the UK, according to the BEF Health of Riding Centres Survey results. The EEA has submitted a collective response to the Low Pay Commission’s (LPC) consultation on National Minimum Wage (NMW) rates. For the second year running, the EEA are formulating a response to the Low Pay Commission's (LPC), National Minimum Wage consultation Nearly half of respondents said they are paid either at or below the NMW but are not being paid overtime or taking time off in lieu
