Equestrians included in latest NMW Naming List

Three employers from the equestrian community have been included in the latest government list of UK employers who previously underpaid staff the National Minimum Wage (NMW), following historic investigations by HMRC.
The employers involved have acknowledged and rectified the issues, which in some cases were genuine administrative oversights - including complexities around livery perks and age-related wage changes.
