Lucy Katan MBE to Appear at YardWise

The Equestrian Employers Association (EEA) is pleased to announce that its Executive Director, Lucy Katan MBE, will be a key speaker at the upcoming YardWise event this November 2025.

YardWise, is a must-attend for equestrian professionals looking to enhance the efficiency, professionalism, and compliance of their businesses.

Lucy Katan, a long-standing advocate for fair and lawful employment in the equestrian industry, will be involved in the speaker programme at the event.

Her session will cover key themes relevant to equestrian employers, with full details to be confirmed closer to the time. Attendees can expect thoughtful discussion on industry-wide challenges and the evolving landscape of employment within equestrian businesses.

In addition, the EEA’s HR expert, Claire Duffin, will be on-site throughout the event to provide one-to-one advice and guidance for employers. Claire will be available to answer questions and offer support on a wide range of essential topics, including:
