Employer's Life
Three employers from the equestrian community are included in the list of UK employers found to have underpaid staff the National Minimum Wage. The Equestrian Employers Association (EEA) is delighted to welcome IMG Equine as our newest partner and sponsor. A recent British Grooms Association survey revealed that 55% of employed grooms who responded do not have a written contract of employment. British Equestrian (BEF) has today unveiled an ambitious strategy for the future direction of the federation. We ensure that the voices of equestrian businesses are heard at the highest levels of government.
