The Equestrian Employers Association (EEA) is delighted to announce Zoetis as one of its official sponsors. The Employment Rights Act 2025 has become law. What do equestrian employers need to know? The recent UK Budget confirmed that from 1 April 2026, the statutory National Minumum Wage (NMW) will rise. Leaders from across the equestrian industry have once again voiced their support for Good Employment.
