The Equestrian Employers Association (EEA) is delighted to welcome IMG Equine as our newest partner and sponsor. A recent British Grooms Association survey revealed that 55% of employed grooms who responded do not have a written contract of employment. British Equestrian (BEF) has today unveiled an ambitious strategy for the future direction of the federation.
