The Employment Rights Act 2025 has become law. What do equestrian employers need to know? The recent UK Budget confirmed that from 1 April 2026, the statutory National Minumum Wage (NMW) will rise. Leaders from across the equestrian industry have once again voiced their support for Good Employment. Good Employment Week champions fairness, legal pay, professionalism, and respect for everyone working in equestrian workplaces. Industry experts, including the EEA's Lucy Katan MBE and Claire Duffin, gear up for landmark YardWise event.
