Employer's Life
EEA Executive Director, Lucy Katan MBE, will be a key speaker at the upcoming YardWise event this November 2025. A recent survey by the EEA has revealed mounting financial pressure on Britain’s equine businesses. Three employers from the equestrian community are included in the list of UK employers found to have underpaid staff the National Minimum Wage. The Equestrian Employers Association (EEA) is delighted to welcome IMG Equine as our newest partner and sponsor. A recent British Grooms Association survey revealed that 55% of employed grooms who responded do not have a written contract of employment.
