Good Employment Week 2024

Good Employment Week: A celebration of excellence in equestrian workplaces
The Equestrian Employers Association (EEA) is thrilled to announce Good Employment Week, an initiative aimed at championing fair, professional, kind and compliant employment practices across the equestrian industry.
Running from 18-22 November, this important campaign highlights the importance of creating positive, supportive and legally compliant workplaces that attract and retain talented professionals.
The EEA is encouraging all employers to showcase their commitment to best practices by embracing resources like the Code of Good Employment and accessing tools to simplify workforce management.
Getting involved is simple: explore the resources available on the EEA website, share your stories on social media, and, of course, take part in the highlight of Good Employment Week: Give Your Staff a Pizza Day on Friday 22nd November!
