As part of setting the agenda for the ‘New Normal’, the British Grooms Association (BGA) and Equestrian Employers Association (EEA) have welcomed HR expert Charlotte De Metz to their Board of Directors.

Charlotte brings with her a wealth of HR experience in addition to a thorough understanding of the equestrian sector and the challenges the industry faces.

Executive Director of the BGA and EEA Lucy Katan said, "Last week we launched the aspiration that Good Employment is the 'New Normal' in every single workplace in the equestrian industry. Charlotte joining our team demonstrates our commitment to this pledge. The industry need support and smart HR tools and we are pleased to be able to provide bespoke online and accessible platforms for both grooms and employers.”

“I am really excited about being asked to join the BGA/EEA Team, there is a huge transformation that the industry needs to journey through. Having a solid set of practical HR tools and processes available to our members will help us drive towards the future.”
Charlotte De Metz, BGA/EEA Director
