Good Recruitment Launched

As part of the third annual Good Employment Week, the Equestrian Employers Association (EEA) is delighted to have expanded their business tools with the addition of ‘Good Recruitment’.

Continuing to support employers on every stage of recruiting staff into the equestrian workplace, ‘Good Recruitment’ also includes the new Interview Creator.

The recruitment and retention of employees are two of the concerns about which the EEA is often get contacted. The recruitment process can feel quite daunting, which is why the EEA have created a step by step guide detailing everything employers need to have in place before they start the process, right through to the recruitment and employment of staff.

“The Interview Creator enables the user to create bespoke templates for an effective and professional interview process. A sound recruitment procedure lays the foundations to assist in retention and achieve the aspiration of ‘Good Employment’.”

Lucy Katan, Executive Director of the EEA

These new tools are free for EEA members to access as a further benefit of their membership.

In addition to the Interview Creator, ‘Good Recruitment’ contains all of the legal facts, and the templates and documents employers need to ensure a fair, compliant and effective process.

The launch of ‘Good Recruitment’ forms part of the EEA’s annual Good Employment Week, which runs from 16th – 22nd November.
