The Equestrian Employers Association is delighted to welcome Tullis Matson, founder and Managing Director of Stallion AI Services, to the association as the inaugural President.

The Equestrian Employers Association, which was formed in 2017, is the supporting organisation for equestrian employers throughout the UK.

Tullis said, “I am delighted to have been invited to take on the role of President of the Equestrian Employers Association and am looking forward to giving this important organisation my full support.

As an equestrian employer with a current headcount of 27 employees, I understand the challenges facing employers and the importance of good staff retention. I believe in creating a happy working environment that nurtures talent and allows the individuals to reach their full potential. As a result, Stallion AI Services has a fantastic team who are passionate about delivering excellent service to our clients and exceptional care to our stallions.

Through my support of the Equestrian Employers Association, I hope to be able to share the message across our industry that creating a rewarding and encouraging environment for employees, not to mention a safe and legally compliant one, is essential to business success.”

Lucy Katan, Executive Director of the Equestrian Employers Association added, “Tullis is a prominent equestrian employer who branches across all sectors and who passionately believes in the ethos of the Equestrian Employers Association and Good Employment across our industry.
