Scottish Awards Nominations Now Open
Calling all Scottish grooms and employers... Do you know someone who goes that goes the extra mile? Well now is your chance to show them how amazing you think they are.
The National Equestrian Awards (previously the horsescotland Awards) nominations are now open.
This years award categories are:
• Club of the Year
• Equestrian Business of the Year
• Equestrian Employee of the Year
• Equestrian Photo of the Year
• Equestrian Writer of the Year
• Equine Breeder of the Year
• Owner of the Year - new for 2018
• Participation Coach of the Year
• Performance Coach of the Year
• Performer of the Year
• Volunteer of the Year
• Young Peoples Coach of the Year
• Youth Coach of the Year - new for 2018
• Youth Performer of the Year - new for 2018
• Youth Volunteer of the Year - new for 2018
Previous employee of the year winners have included BGA member Rachel Gordon. The closing date for nominations is Friday 2 February.

The awards take place on Friday 2nd March at Airth Castle. The night looks set to be another great evening with keynote speaker Mark Beaumont attending the awards. Mark is the ultra-endurance cyclist who recently received a BEM in the New Year’s Honours list.
