EEA contributes to latest low pay commission report

The Equestrian Employers Association (EEA) is proud to announce that we have played a vital role in shaping the latest Low Pay Commission Survey Report, ensuring that the voices of equestrian yard owners across the UK are heard at the highest levels of government.
As the leading representative body for equestrian employers, we worked with our members to actively feed into this important consultation, advocating for the realities and challenges faced by our industry.
Our contribution, strengthened by the feedback from our members, helps to ensure that policymakers understand the unique nature of employment in the equestrian sector.
