Posted: 7 Days ago Full time role, yard based in Newmarket, Suffolk The BRS require a Yard Assistant to support the coaches with riding and horse care lessons as well as undertaking the usual variety of jobs required in a racing yard. A rider would be preferred but a non-rider will be considered if they have extensive horse care knowledge and experience. This role involves working with young people in a training environment so empathy and patience are essential along with a strong work ethic to inspire the next generation. The hours will be 06.30 to 12.30 and 15.00 to 17.00 Mon to Friday. Additionally you will be required to work 1 weekend in 4.
