Full time live in coach/trainer required at Chariots of Fire Equestrian Centre near Lockerbie.

The Centre provides riding and carriage driving tuition and specialises in offering activities to people with disabilities and additional needs.

We are looking for someone to join our small team of seven as a trainer and to work full time delivering a variety of equestrian activities.

If you do not have experience with carriage driving we will teach you. You must be able to work in a team and independently, deal with children and adults – many of whom may have a disability.

An interest in equine assisted therapy is also important.

This is a live in post and accommodation in a shared house will be provided. One horse may be allowed.

Driving license essential

Minimum Qualifications: BHS 2/3 or equivalent; Eg. Horsescotland Assistant L1 Coaching Certificate, UKCC or horsescotland L1

You will work on a rota alongside other staff members. You will be expected to work weekends and evenings.
