Additional Travelling Person – Urloxhey Stables Full-Time Position – Droitwich, Worcestershire

Urloxhey Stables, home to around 100 racehorses (Flat & National Hunt) under the care of Dr. Richard Newland and Jamie Insole, is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Travelling Person to join our team.

Role Responsibilities:

Assisting our current travelling staff with taking horses to the races.

Ensuring horses arrive and return safely and in top condition.

Liaising with racecourse officials and representing the yard professionally on race days.

Helping in the yard with general stable duties when not racing and riding out would be desirable.

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience handling racehorses, including at the races.

Be confident, organised, and able to work as part of a team.

Hold a full, clean driving licence (HGV licence beneficial but not essential).

Be flexible with working hours, including some evenings and weekends.
