Posted: 8 Days ago Fittocks Stud is looking for a stud hand to join our small and friendly team. Our aim is to provide dedicated care to our elite broodmare band of 40 - with the goal of prepping the yearlings for the October sales. You will take part in all aspects of the daily stud life from handling foals during the season, to prepping the yearlings in the summer, culminating with the Sales in the Autumn. Experience working with horses is required, as is a Full Driving Licence. You will need to be able to work in a small and friendly team and on your own when necessary. Competitive salary, plus bonuses. Our staff have every other (full) weekend off (Saturday & Sunday) The stud is situated at Upend, a small village just outside Newmarket.
