GROOMS JOBS BOARD

This role is a diverse and time-pressured position. We are looking for an experienced groom who is willing to also step up within the business that is run alongside.

GROOM - Take care of two horses in the best and safe manner - Mucking out / poo picking - All grooming and professional turnout to the highest standard - Being solely responsible for the stable block and its upkeep to the highest standards - Taking care of tack, show preparation and training sessions

BUSINESS OPERATIONS The role is to effectively handle the day-to-day operations in our business as well as taking care of a maximum of 3 horses at the yard. Work well under pressure and be a proud and passionate ambassador of Eqclusive. Demonstrating this through personal presentation and displaying the brand values as outlined.

Roles and responsibilities: - Use all available tools and information to ensure timely dispatch of all orders - Follow merchandising guidelines, replenishment procedures and housekeeping standards to ensure that Eqclusive is represented at the highest level. - Display strong knowledge of product levels and availability, in order to effectively support the running of the stockroom and to drive sales - Offer regular feedback to the Management team on stock levels - Have a good awareness of store performance and targets - Take personal ownership for achieving and exceeding KPIs with a particular focus on stock and timely order fulfilment - Demonstrate speed and efficiency in all tasks, stock handling and replenishment to support sell-through - Be aware of and actively support all brand promotions and campaigns - Keep up to date on and sharing Eqclusive's social media activity **Core Competencies** - Extensive knowledge about horses and their management - Satisfy the needs of our customers, always - Pursue growth and opportunities through initiative and proactivity - Build open and honest relationships with clear communication - Create a positive team environment, encourage collaboration - Be proud, passionate, motivated, committed - Take ownership, be accountable - Encourage organisation, high standards and efficiencies - A lot of physical work involved, also outdoors, including lifting
